Bringing body and mind into harmony, gathering strength for the day with morning yoga or really powering off with a workout. Our varied fitness program offers sports activities for all performance levels.Discover together with our experienced trainers a new sense of body wellbeing and find the ideal sportive supplement to your everyday life. Of course, our excercises will also bring a lot of fun and relaxation.

You can take part in most courses free of charge as part of your AQUA SILVA visit. Chargeable courses will be highlighted accordingly in the course schedule.

YogaSingle yoga courses with Kirsten.

On selected days we expand our fitness and relaxation offer with exclusive "Yoga & Relaxation" units - conducted by our experienced yoga teacher Kirsten. These courses are chargeable and can be attended by both hotel guests and external (day spa) guests. We recommend booking in advance.

During the yoga session, the mat is your kingdom and you are the focus. Let yourself go, feel the unity of body, mind and soul and you will find your powerful centre. There are no special requirements or previous knowledge required - this yoga offer is aimed at everyone who would like to enjoy a beneficial yoga class.
