This workshop is aimed at people who are very busy in their everyday lives and feel that they lack inner peace, presence and stability. For people who do a lot, carry a lot and feel restless, cut off or no longer really with themselves.
At the centre is a transformative breathwork session that provides space to consciously transform deep-seated emotional tensions in the body. In addition, breathing techniques suitable for everyday life are taught to help you regain more presence, inner focus and stability in your daily life. These include activating, calming and simple breathing practices for everyday life.
The breathing exercises are easily accessible and can be used regardless of previous experience. The aim is to provide you with tools that will stay with you after the workshop and help you to deal with stress and challenges in a more conscious and connected way.
Trainer Ina Schulte (Breathwork & Hypnosis Coach) is an expert in the field of relationships and emotional self-management. As a breathwork and hypnosis coach, she helps people to free themselves from emotional tensions and blockages. With the help of the Embodied Breathwork® method, she supports processes that lead to greater body awareness, inner clarity and emotional freedom.
