In selected periods, our medically certified fasting guide Wiebke Lahrmann-Wesser will accompany you on a 7-day fasting week at the Waldhotel Tannenhäuschen, during which you will not only do something good for yourself and your health, but also find the decisive relaxation of a fasting holiday in our spacious AQUA SILVA Spa. We have put together a special package with all services for you, which you can book with us in the following periods.

During the fasting week, you will recharge your batteries every day on hiking tours through the beautiful nature of the Lower Rhine, learn interesting facts about the health effects of fasting and the influence of our diet on our well-being - and lose a few pounds along the way. Wiebke will guide you gently through the fasting week and also show you how to integrate effective relaxation techniques and fitness exercises into your everyday life.

You are also welcome to book additional extra nights before or after the fasting week. These are ideal for an additional relief day before fasting (recommended: abstaining from stimulants and light food) or a build-up day after fasting (recommended: light, vegan food). The extra nights include overnight stay and breakfast.
