The eight units include four coaching and meditation sessions as well as four yoga units for holistic well-being.
- Arrival day: 16:00 to 17:00, short break and continuation from 17:15 to 18:30
- Day 2: 10.30 to 11.30 a.m., short break and continuation from 11.45 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
- Day 3: 10.30 to 11.30 a.m., short break and continuation from 11.45 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
- Day 4: 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., short break and continuation from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
