Our guest fitness trainer Vanessa Kupke will show you effective ways to lower your stress levels and harmonise body and mind with the right mix of activity and relaxation.
During selected periods, Vanessa will be our guest at the Waldhotel Tannenhäuschen and introduce you to a whole new world of stress regulation with intensive workouts and targeted relaxation exercises. Reduce stress & release tension
Vanessa focuses on the highly effective combination of powering out, regenerating and pausing. She uses meditation and breathing exercises as well as sweat-inducing training and proven relaxation techniques. You don't need to fulfil any particular fitness requirements, but simply have a positive attitude towards exercise and fitness.
By the way: In addition to the three-day weekend package, you also have the option of taking part in individual sessions as a day spa guest without an overnight stay.
