Take a deep breath, feel the fresh forest air and leave everyday life behind you. Our three-day mindfulness retreat "Strong by Nature" combines intensive workouts, yoga, breathing techniques and meditation in the healing power of nature - so body and mind find new strength.
Under the guidance of guest fitness trainer Vanessa Kupke, you will experience sweat-inducing training sessions that stimulate your cardiovascular system and build up your muscles. These intensive workouts are perfectly adapted to the natural environment - in the shade of the trees, where every movement merges with the energy of nature. Weather permitting, the training sessions take place outside so that you can enjoy the fresh air and the natural power of the forest to the full. If the weather is less than ideal, the programme continues indoors without losing any of its intensity.
Yoga elements promote your flexibility and balance, while targeted breathing techniques strengthen the body and calm the mind. Guided meditations allow you to calm down and create space for inner serenity.

Vanessa focusses on the powerful combination of powering out, regenerating and pausing. Using a holistic approach, she combines sweat-inducing training, yoga, meditation and breathing exercises to harmonise body and mind. Proven relaxation techniques are used as well as intensive workouts that increase your fitness and promote inner peace at the same time. You do not need to fulfil any particular fitness requirements - a positive attitude towards exercise is enough to benefit from the power of this retreat.
On request, you can also take part in individual dates as a day spa guest (without overnight stay). Please contact us directly for this.
