On the day of arrival, we welcome you at reception from 14:00 with your room card. On the day of departure we ask you to make your room available again by 11:00 am.

Our wellness area is also available to you from 14:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you can enjoy our wellness area after checking out your room until 16:00 (guests of our suites even until 18:00). After that you can continue to use our AQUA SILVA Spa at day spa prices, subject to availability of day spa places.

Would you like to experience the Lower Rhine actively? No problem - the Waldhotel Tannenhäuschen is an official NiederrheinRad hire station! We have a large selection of rental bikes and e-bikes available - ideal for relaxed excursions through the beautiful surroundings.

Hire prices:
- Bicycle: 10 € / 24 hours
- E-bike: 25 € / 24 hours

Not all rooms in our hotel are accessible by lift. If you have limited mobility, please contact us directly so that we can organise a room to suit your needs. We will be happy to help you with your luggage.

We welcome you daily to our rich breakfast buffet in the park restaurant. You are also welcome to have breakfast with us without an overnight stay at a price of €28.50 per person. An extensive vitality breakfast awaits you with a particularly large selection of everything your breakfast heart desires.

*Children up to 4 years eat free when accompanied by a full-paying adult, children from 5 to 12 years eat at half price.

We provide you with our guest directory digitally via our SuitePads in every room. The intuitive tablets not only provide you with all the important information about our hotel during your stay, but also offer you the option of ordering room service, shopping in the hotel shop, requesting wellness treatments for our spa and reading the daily newspapers digitally. You can take the SuitePads with you to the spa area during your stay, for example, where you can browse and read at your leisure.

Are you looking for a nice gift idea? With a voucher for our Am Tannenhäuschen, you are guaranteed to put a smile on the face of your loved ones! Find the right voucher in our online shop, personalise it to your heart's content and receive it directly by email as a PDF document for printing out yourself after paying online. Alternatively, we will be happy to issue the voucher of your choice at reception.

If you already have a voucher and would like to redeem it with us, please bring your voucher with you and present it at reception on arrival. We will then offset the value of the voucher against your outstanding bill. Please note that vouchers can only be redeemed on site.

We are also happy to welcome your four-legged friend to our hotel. Please let us know about your pet when you make your booking. We charge €25.00 per night including the provision of a bowl and a small treat.

Please understand that pets are not allowed in our restaurant.

Enjoy the end of the day with a cool drink at our hotel bar, with the adjoining Waldstübchen. The hotel bar is located on the ground floor between the lobby and restaurant.

In addition, we extend our bar offer every Friday and Saturday from 21:00 to 00:00 with an exclusive "wine pop-up bar" in our fireplace hall. Let us advise you on the fine wines from the Palatinate and Italy and enjoy an enjoyable end to the day.

For children between 6 and 11 years we charge 60,00 € p.p./night incl. breakfast in an extra bed.

Please understand that our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. You will find a covered smoking area outside.

Our reception is staffed around the clock every day. We are happy to assist you with any concerns, requests and recommendations of any kind.

We charge €10.00 per night for our hotel car park. We also offer underground parking spaces (very limited) for a fee of €15.00 per night. We recommend advance reservation for the underground car park.

We accept EC cards as well as American Express, MasterCard and Visa on site. You can also pay for your online reservation using PayPal and Sofortüberweisung (Klarna).
