The Xantener Nordsee and Südsee are two interconnected inland waterways that are home to the town's leisure centre with numerous activities. There is a sandy beach around a thousand metres long with a natural bathing lake, a water ski circuit almost as long, three leisure harbours with boat moorings and much more. Water sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth here with stand-up paddling, diving, kite or windsurfing, sailing or leisurely cruising on the water.

The Xanten North and South Seas can be reached within approx. 25 minutes by car from the hotel.
