Relieve menopause symptoms"Hormone Balance" - With ease through menopause.

If you are already in menopause, you may be familiar with it: physical changes such as sudden weight gain, less energy in everyday life or maybe even hot flashes and mood swings. All of these and other symptoms can occur due to the changes in hormone balance. The discomfort can quickly become a bother and in some cases have a negative impact on quality of life.

Nutrition coaches Andrea and Doro (the "Fooduo") will help you regain your well-being during menopause and therefore invite you to a 3-day "Hormone Balance Workshop" from December 15 to 17, 2023 at the Waldhotel Tannenhäuschen. Staying for two nights, you will be fully catered by us with breakfast and dinner, while in the 3-day workshop, you will learn everything about the changes in your body and how to alleviate symptoms through proper nutrition during menopause. At the "Hormone Balance Workshop" you will learn everything about the relief of menopausal symptoms. The focus is on natural alternatives and supporting hormone balance through a healthy and well-balanced diet. In addition, the topic of relaxation and recovery in everyday life will be addressed and various breathing, meditation as well as mindfulness exercises will be taught.

  • Help from naturopathy for different types of complaints

Your Workshop Coaches"Fooduo" Nutrition Coaching.

Andrea and Dorothee are the Food Duo and call themselves "Fooduo". They have known each other for over 20 years. Both are trained nutrition coaches as well as allergy consultants and work on the basis of scientific principles due to their profound education. Two years ago, the two began to work together and, with their combined experience, developed a holistic consulting concept around the topic of menopause. Since then, they have been supporting women in dealing with menopause and helping them to ease menopausal symptoms. They place particular emphasis on their continuous personal development, taking into account the latest scientific findings.

During menopause, women go through a phase that is defined by physical and, in particular, hormonal changes. The various symptoms that occur can have an impact on the general well-being and quality of life. The relief of menopausal symptoms is therefore often the main focus during this time. A holistic approach that combines nutrition, exercise, and relaxation can be exceptionally helpful.

Nutrition plays a crucial role during menopause and can help to bring hormones back into balance. Due to hormonal changes, many women find it more difficult than before to lose weight during menopause, or even to maintain their weight. A balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein can help reduce hot flashes, weight gain, and other symptoms of menopause. Supporting this, regular moderate exercise, such as long walks or certain yoga exercises, is recommended.

Menopause is a highly individualized experience for which there is no one-size-fits-all solution. It is important to listen to your body's signals and give it what is good for it. Proper nutrition, exercise, and relaxation are fundamental pillars in dealing with menopause and its symptoms.
