  • 2 nights in one of our comfortable rooms
  • 2 hearty vitality breakfasts in the morning
  • 2 dinners with a 3-course menu or buffet, depending on the offer

Participation in the "Mindfulness and Meditation Workshop with Alina Delschen":

  • Arrival Day: Workshop from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM
  • Day 2: Workshop from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Day 3: Workshop from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM

Important Note for the Workshop: Please bring appropriate clothing, as a minimum of one hour each day will be spent outside during the workshop.
