In addition to sweat-inducing workouts, the focus is also on the right breathing technique and a balanced diet that strengthens your body from the inside out. In addition to intensive cardio and strength units, you will therefore learn about the importance of conscious breathing before and after training as well as a balanced diet for successful training. Vanessa Kupke will guide you through special breathing techniques and give you valuable nutrition tips to help you optimize your physical and mental performance.
