The Auesee will be the meeting place for VW bus fans from all over Europe. Over 50,000 visitors are expected - of course with live bands, great leisure activities on the beach such as stand-up paddling, hands-on activities for children and much more.

Wesel becomes a stage on this night! The cultural scene presents and meets at various locations in the city centre. A constantly changing programme, both indoors and outdoors, shows a wide range of artistic and cultural creativity.

From 11:00 to 18:00, Xanten town centre invites you to take an autumnal stroll. On Sundays, the shops also open for Sunday shopping.

Every year, the traditional Hanseatic Festival commemorates Wesel's accession to the Hanseatic League in 1407. Visitors can expect an extensive supporting programme, a farmers' and medieval market and an open Sunday. The large knights' camp at the Berliner Tor and the historical parade on Saturday evening form the highlight of the festival.
