At selected periods, Vanessa will be our guest at the Waldhotel Tannenhäuschen and introduce you to a whole new world of stress regulation with intensive workouts and targeted relaxation exercises based on them. Reduce stress & let go of tension
Vanessa relies on the highly effective combination of working out, regenerating and pausing. Yoga, meditation and breathing exercises are used as well as sweaty training and proven relaxation techniques. You don't have to meet any special fitness requirements, just have a positive attitude towards exercise and fitness.
By the way: In addition to the three-day weekend package, you also have the opportunity to take part in individual appointments as a day spa guest without staying overnight.

- Day 2 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: body workout
- Day 2 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 a.m.: Autogenic training
- Departure day 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: Strong core followed by relaxation
